10 Tips on Doing A Back Walkover:
1. Make sure your arms, especially the shoulder area, are strong enough.
2. Something that might help when you are practicing is to walk your hands
up and down any wall.
3. Learn how to do a bridge kickover (with straight legs) before you start
because that will get you in the right range of motion.
5. Make sure you have a spotter especially if this is your very first time.
6. Put your leading leg in front.
7. Put your arms straight up above your ears (your arms should be straight
beside your ears, not touching) and look straight ahead.
8. Bend backwards.
9. Begin to raise your lead leg going back as if you are doing a split in the air,
then when your hands touch the ground push off with your supporting leg
in one continuous move.
10. Land as gracefully as you can--lead foot and then the other--so it looks
good one foot at a time, but it all happens very quickly.
